Actually, she is a 'he' [although a quite feminine one... partially due to my un-familiarity with the characters (the girl I drew this for, Kara, is so crazy about this pairing that I felt obliged to draw them this way, even if I never watched a single episode of the Full Metal Alchemist anime... and so I checked the features from some pics on Internet) and partially due to the character himself ::looks around ready to dodge rotten tomatoes from Kara/Neo-Diji:: ]. And 'he' is a bit unsure about the situation here... (I took move from a fic Kara wrote last Xmas).
You feel a bit of anger in him? Good! Because in the original series he's meant to be a very hyperactive blond alchemist with a short temper and a quite potty mouth to disguise his sensitive side, with the black-haired character you see in the drawing often pulling his leg.
But I'm afraid also my un-familiarity with man/man pairings has led me to soften his features a bit further...

About the pairing... What can I say? Kara-chan is totally gone for this one , and all of her drabbles (when she is not in the SM -so, U/M pairing- mood) are Roy/Ed, possibly with bits of Al/Winry. The funny thing is that I never watched and/or read ANYTHING about FMA (also because in Italy it has not been released yet) save for Kara/Neodiji drabbles and some series synopsis(sp?) on websites... Bur she succeded in dragging me into Amestris
